Start your remodeling career with our 4-week paid training program! We provide hands-on training to help employees develop their skills and gain valuable experience.

Training begins at the Waunakee Remodeling warehouse, where you’ll learn the details of window installation and receive support from our experienced installation crews. The final two weeks are dedicated to field training.

We offer competitive base pay and performance bonuses.

Followed by a mix of experiences out in the field and back in our dedicated Training Space.

After Training

In-house training is just the beginning. With career advancement opportunities, there is always room to grow. The next step could be a position as a foreman, leading a crew. There are plenty of opportunities to grow with Waunakee Remodeling as we also offer installation of exterior siding, gutters, and decks and design and remodel kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and more.
